Advisory Board

Quest Events would like to take this opportunity to thank our advisory panel who contributed their valuable time and expertise to ensure the content presented at Subscription Summit 2021 is timely and relevant for recurring revenue businesses.

  • Shanelle Clapham
Chief Executive Officer , Parachute Digital

Shanelle comes from the not for profit sector where organisations rely on monthly recurring donations to plan their campaigns, programs and services. After a career in journalism and then digital marketing, she started at WWF Australia, as their first digital fundraiser, back in 2009. Over the last decade she has proven undeniably that digital fundraising does work! She even wrote a book, with that in the title.

  • Sarah Coombs
    Strategic Lead, Choice

Sarah is Strategic Lead at CHOICE where she supports Senior Leadership in driving the development and delivery of CHOICE’s strategy. As one of the oldest subscription based organisations in Australia, and one of the first publishers to put up a digital paywall, CHOICE operates as a social enterprise, with its members funding the work CHOICE does to help all Australian consumers through the information it shares and the advocacy it undertakes.

Sarah brings experience across multiple business models and industries, with a background in both Corporate Law and People & Culture and is a passionate proponent of social enterprises, having completed a Masters of Social Entrepreneurship at Macquarie University.

With insight into Customer Service, Marketing, Product, Publishing and Digital best practice, along with the latest consumer and market trends, Sarah is well positioned to understand both the challenges and opportunities presented to subscription based businesses.
