    Richard is an experienced leader in marketing communications, corporate communications and communications agency management.

    Richard is currently CEO at opr (Ogilvy Public Relations Australia). Richard works across clients to develop strategy and campaigns for clients such as eBay, IKEA, Microsoft, Netflix, Ford and KFC. The agency was named Sabre’s Australasian Agency of the Year 2019, and Richard was named CommsCon’s Leader of the Year 2019. In 2020 he published his first book, 'The Decade of Do', co-authored with two colleagues.

    Previously Richard was Group Managing Director, Brand Marketing at Ogilvy Public Relations Australia, which included leading Pulse Communications. During his tenure Pulse was shortlisted as Campaign's Agency of the Year 2014, CommsCon and Mumbrella's Agency of the Year 2015, and highly commended CommsCon Agency of the Year 2016.

    Before working in Australia he was managing director of Shine Communications in London. During his tenure the agency secured 104 award wins or shortlists; including a shortlist for both PRCA and PR Week Agency of the Year 2012. Shine’s 50 staff voted the agency top ten in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For for the past four years, coming first in 2012.

    Andrea brings over 15 years of B2B technology marketing experience and a proven track record for driving innovation, market adoption and hyper-growth to her role at DocuSign.
    Previously, she was Director JAPAC Marketing for The Marketing Cloud at Oracle. Prior to joining Oracle, Andrea held APAC Marketing Manager positions at Responsys and SunGard as well as various B2B SaaS technology marketing roles.

    Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business from Federation University Australia. Andrea is an Associate Fellow, Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian Marketing Institute. She has also held various leadership roles at the Melbourne University Boat Club.

    Emma is a widely respected leader, strategist and expert in innovation, transformation and PropTech.

    Tom is a passionate and experienced start-up entrepreneur. Five years ago he created Swanky Socks and through determination and dedication, built it into a successful retail and corporate fashion brand with a strong purpose beyond commerce.

    Tom started Swanky Socks in 2014, commencing as a retail sock company. Over the years Tom expanded Swanky Socks into new markets, including white-labelling and eventually custom socks.     Ed is the co-founder of Electric Vehicle subscriptions for AGL Next. He has been ‘Entrepreneur in Residence’ for AGL Energy since mid 2020.
