    Carolyn is an experienced leader with more than 15 years in the technology sector, including extensive international experience within the fintech, e-commerce, and telecommunications sectors.

    For more than 20 years, she has been actively supporting brands to amplify their presence in relevant markets, elevate their customer experience, and form long-term partnerships. Carolyn’s work within Braintree a PayPal Service, eBay, Vodafone, and Telstra has seen her sharpen her sales, marketing, and leadership expertise, as well as her knowledge in conversion, payments and digital transformation.

    Carolyn’s effervescent personality has naturally enabled her to become a sought-after keynote speaker locally and internationally. She is passionate about creating opportunities for local businesses in the region, within areas such as the future of payments and automation. She’s an advocate for workplace diversity and is focused on creating an inclusive working environment. Her primary goal is to empower organisations to drive inclusion and equality through technology and choice.

    Her astute leadership and professionalism has resulted in Carolyn being awarded one of CEO Magazine’s IT and Telecommunications Executive of the Year in 2018, and recognised as one of the top 20 Women in Fintech.

    Leanne Cartwright-Bradford leads the Australia and New Zealand team for Audible.com.au. In her role, Leanne is responsible for developing Audible’s business across ANZ, inspiring a dynamic team to drive expansion of Audible, developing best-in-class spoken word entertainment, and coordinating closely with global teams to ensure flawless execution of the Australian operations. Leanne is a passionate and highly skilled marketer, with extensive experience within the entertainment and technology industries. Prior to Audible, Leanne has held senior marketing roles within Amazon’s Appstore, Samsung and Twentieth Century Fox.

  • Roz Gregory
    Head of Customer Success and Digital Transformation – Asia Pacific, Japan, Pivot Software

    With over 2 decades in enterprise software across Asia and Europe, Roz built the Microsoft LAR business at TSG Australia (later acquired by Data3), then went on to lead strategic alliances at Telstra and Broadvision (Europe).

    She then moved into technology transformation running programs for global enterprises such as British American Tobacco and ASX100-listed UGL before taking an executive role in workforce engagement at UGL, whilst juggling children (3 under 5) and founding and Chairing the Rainy Day Foundation (drought relief charity aligned with the DPI and Salvation Army).

    Currently leading the Customer Success and Transformation team at Pivotal, she is helping Asia's largest organisations transform the way they build and run software and remains busy learning from her customers (and family!)

    Michael Higgins has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having previously held roles both with Subaru Australia in dealership management and strategy, and with Inchcape, the largest dealership group globally, in its retail business.

    Prior to these roles, Michael worked in franchising at Mortgage Choice. He has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

    Recognising digital technology has the potential to change business for the better, Michael created a new model with elder brother Paul to fundamentally change the way used cars are bought and sold in Australia, focusing on a better customer experience, greater convenience and transparency.

    When he’s not launching new businesses, Michael enjoys motorsports, racing cars himself as well as boating.

These publisher first products aligned content driven data signals, offline purchase behaviours and machine learning to deliver higher performing targeted audiences for advertisers.

    Lauren has extensive experience in marketing, having worked with both national corporate clients as well as SMB’s across Australia in her 10+ years experience.

    Lauren was awarded the 2018 Hegarty Award and Scholarship for Best Young Executive at the 2018 News Media Awards. Lauren is the first recipient from a commercial background to win a Hegarty Award.
